Terms of Use

1. Your license to use our products

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store terms.

2. You own what you make

Anything you create with a Madeable product is yours. Your creations stay on your device; you grant us only the technical license needed to store and display them back to you.

3. Purchases

All purchases are one-time and processed by Apple — we sell no subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

Don't break our products, cheat other players, or reverse-engineer our software. We may block access for those who do.

5. Our content

Our products, the Madeable name, wordmark and marigold square are our intellectual property. Don't reuse them without written permission (press use of the press kit is fine).

6. Warranty & liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Ending & changes

You can stop using our products at any time — there is no account to close, and deleting an app removes its data from your device. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product or here, with the effective date above.
